I recently turned over my camera to get a photo of my hubby and I at a friend’s wedding…We clean up pretty good…
I took a wonderful workshop on Photoshop curves from Jodi at MCPActions.com. I think I learned more in one hour with her that I have in four week at my college level Photoshop class. Here is a couple samples using what I learned.
I’m in love….with Photoshop Actions…MCP Actions to be specific. I just found them and I’m loving them. And that just the freebies! I love the Touch of Darkness/Light. Look what I did!
Here was my first attempt at Maternity photos. The inside photos didn’t turn out well. But we managed to get some nice photos at the park across the street.
Yeah its quarterly bonus time at work…I already have mine spent…
I’m just waiting to press the “order” button…

- Attend The Secret Workshop - I’m stalking the website to see the 2009 dates
Update 10/7/08 – Now I’m having second thoughts about The Secret Workshop. I just read some negative things about it on a blog. I’ll have to research further…
The last few month I’ve been exploring. I went back to school for graphic design. I made two beautiful DVD slideshows. I won a digital SLR camera and started photographing a ton. Its been so fulfilling exploring my creative side. I feel I’m pretty good at all three…but I want to be great at one.
So I’m a little early, but I’m setting my new year’s resolutions…
In the next year, I’m going to:
- zero in on “it” (my passion)
- focus on developing “it”…learn, learn, learn
- turn “it” into a business
- blog about “it”
But I will always remember…
